Toff Chef creates the perfect balance between the laid back feel that a barbecue should have, alongside the meticulously organised and well hosted event with attention to detail that you would hope for from a reliable and experience event caterer.


Be it a traditional menu, to one with all the trimmings, we can provide you with the perfect event for you. Using only the freshest Dorset produce from our local suppliers.

Piri Piri spiced chicken skewers, scented with lemon grass, chilli & citrus fruits
Grilled 8oz beef burgers, grilled streaky bacon, smoked cheese, toasted brioche buns, baby gem and beef tomato
Sticky slow cooked breast of lamb, sticky ribs marinated and grilled in reggae sauce 
Grilled ¼ chicken, BBQ grilled with Sicilian lemon, thyme and smoked garlic rub
Dorset Pork and caramelised apple sausages

Grilled king prawn skewer, Szechuan and soy glaze
Baked salmon skewers, honey and mustard glaze served with fresh summer herbs 
Whole grilled mackerel wrapped in Parma ham
